Added leaderboard!

It took a while, but I finally got leaderboards working in Hookshot Hotshot!
New features:
- Leaderboards. Each seed has it's own leaderboard (for now). Compete with others for that #1 spot!
Fixes/Changes:
- Fixed a bug in the level generation algorithm that prevented grappling points from not always spawning. This will make the levels a lot easier. Some levels are too easy now, so I will have to tweak my algorithm a bit more :)
